Wow! This is one of those amazing recipes that are super simple but also super delicious! I’ve created a few ice-cream recipes already. But this one is the easiest so far. All you need is 4 ingredients and a high-speed blender!
The secret is to use frozen fruits, blend them up and serve them immediately. I used strawberries in this recipe but I am sure that you can use all sorts of berries and other fruit, as long as they are frozen and come in relatively small sizes or chunks.
For 2 large scoops you’ll need:
3 cups frozen strawberries
3/4 dairy-free mylk
2 tablespoon coconut nectar
1-2 pinches salt
Thrown the strawberries into the blender.
Drizzle with coconut nectar.
Sprinkle salt and add mylk.
First pulse a few times.
Then insert the temper and blend on medium speed, while pushing down the berries as much as possible. This way you should get most of the berries blended.
Scoop out of the blender immediately and serve.
