This dessert just came to mind when I was making another smoothie with some fresh yummy strawberries from the garden. As I’ve fallen in love with coconut products, it was a simple question: What about adding some?
I wanted to make a thick cream that can serve as a healthy dessert – and I was not disappointed! It only takes three ingredients and is quick to make. It also does not need any additional sugar – absolutely delicious!
For 2 portions you’ll need:
4 heaped tablespoons coconut cream (the firm stuff that settles at the top of a coconut cream can)
Peel and chop the bananas into slices and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
Then combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Dish up immediately and enjoy!
